1.General
1.1. Avrot Industries Ltd., co. no. 520037383 (hereinafter: “Company”) operates the website at www.avrot.co.il (here in after: the “Site”).
1.2. The purpose of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to reflect the processing of personal information (as those terms are defined in Section 2 hereinafter) collected about the user in the framework of his use of the site by the Company, including the types of personal information collected through the site, the purposes of processing, the manner of using the information, the duration of its retention, the rights of the data subjects and the manner of exercising them.
1.3. Please note that certain services may have different conditions regarding the processing of personal information, and in such cases, the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly or the Company will publish a specific privacy policy, the provisions of which, unless otherwise stated therein, will supplement and be added to this Privacy Policy.
1.4. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before providing personal information to the company. It is recommended that you return to do so from time to time because the Privacy Policy may change (the date of the last update is indicated in the title). If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you should refrain from using the site. Providing personal information to the Company or performing any of the aforementioned actions indicates agreement to the Privacy Policy.

1.6. This Privacy Policy is written in the male gender for convenience only. It is intended for all genders alike.

2.2. The “Site” or the “Website” – the Company’s website at www.avrot.co.il, including any subdomains, subpages or landing pages operated by or on behalf of the Company.
2.3. “Database” – as defined in the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981: a collection of data about people held by electronic or by other means, and not intended for personal use only; and for the purposes of this policy, any database in which personal information collected and processed by the Company is held as set forth in this policy.
2.4. “Personal information” – any information about an identified or person identifiable with
reasonable effort, including name, address, telephone number, email address, location data,
IP address, website usage data, information provided in the framework of a inquiry on the
website, information provided in the framework of a job application, and any information
defined as “personal information” in the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
2.5. “Processing” – any operation performed on or in connection with personal information,
including, inter alia, its receipt, collection, retention, storage, copying, consultation,
revealing, disclosure, transfer, provision or access to it, its combining, adding,
consolidating, organizing, erasure or destruction.
3. How personal information is collected
3.1. The Company collects personal information directly from users when they browse the Site,
including when filling out contact forms and submitting job applications, as well as through
technological means, such as Cookies, server logs and similar technologies, as set forth
inAppendix A to this policy.
4. Types of information collected on the site
4.1. Information provided in the “Contact Us” form . In the ‘Contact’ tab, the user will be able to
contact the company to establish contact with it. The personal information that the user will
provide is: full name, email address, telephone number, subject of the inquiry and content
of the message.
4.2. Technical information, digital identifiers and browsing data. When using the website,
technical information may be collected, such as browser type, details about the end device,
IP address, as well as browsing data, such as web pages viewed, length of stay on the
website, browsing times and the country of access. This information is collected using
cookies, server logs and other technological means, as detailed inAppendix A to this policy.
4.3. Information for applying for a job at the Company. In the ‘Career’ tab, the user can apply for
jobs at the company by filling out details and uploading a resume. The information provided
in this framework, such as full name, email address, telephone number and CV document,
will be processed for the purpose of examining and handling the application.
4.4. In addition, information may be collected about actions that have not been completed in the
framework of the services on the site, such as contact forms or job application forms.
4.5. You must provide true, reliable and accurate information, only in your name and for
yourself, and not in the name or for third parties, except in cases where you have been
expressly authorized to do so in writing.
5. The purposes for which the information is processed
The personal information collected on the site will be used for the following purposes:
5.1. Responding to inquiries received through the website.
5.2. Internal documentation of inquiries.
5.3. Ongoing operation and maintenance of the site.
5.4. Statistical analysis, improving the user experience, understanding the sources of traffic to

documenting the application, and handling it.
6. Information retention and security
6.1. The personal information that the Company processes is held in its databases. The Company
manages its databases as required by law.
6.2. The Company takes reasonable measures (logical, physical and administrative) to secure
the information. However, it is clarified that the ability to completely prevent
information security events (including cyber events) is limited, and that the Company
cannot guarantee complete protection against information security events or cyber
events. Therefore, the Company’s responsibility is to take such measures and handle
incidents as required by law. However, subject to taking such measures, the Company will
not be liable for any damage (direct or indirect) caused by an information security incident
or a cyber incident.
7. Transfer of information to third parties

7.1.4. Compliance with the law (including instructions from competent authorities), a
judicial order or a demand from an authorized authority.
7.1.5. To the extent that the Company believes this will reduce the risk of harm to the
person or property of the data subjects, or to the person or property of another.
7.1.6. To protect the legitimate interests of the Company, including for the purpose of
collecting debts, enforcing agreements (including in the event of a fear of breach of
agreements) and conducting legal, regulatory or economic proceedings (or
assessments for proceedings) to which the Company is party or has an interest in.
7.1.7. To related companies in cases of reorganization, sale of ownership, sale of
operations or assets or in the event of an engagement for any of the aforementioned
purposes, provided that the receiving party undertakes to process the personal
information in accordance with the provisions of the law and the provisions of this
Privacy Policy.
7.1.8. In additional cases, in order to realize the purposes of use as set forth in the Privacy
Policy above, and regarding the use of cookies – as set forth inAppendix A to this
policy).
7.1.9. Some of the personal information may be transferred or stored outside the borders
of the State of Israel, including through the use of cloud services, technological
systems or international suppliers. Such transfer of information will be carried out
in accordance with the provisions of the law and while taking measures to ensure
an adequate level of protection for personal information.
7.2. It is clarified that the transfer of information to such providers will be subject to their
commitment to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information and in
accordance with the provisions of the law, and this is solely for its use for the purpose of
providing the services, excluding the right to use the information for security purposes, to
comply with legal obligations or to produce anonymous information that does not allow
identification of data subjects, for the purpose of improving their services.
8. How long is the information stored?
8.1. The personal information set forth in this Privacy Policy will be retained by the Company
for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose of its collection.
8.2. Notwithstanding the above, the Company may retain information for a longer period of time
as required to comply with legal requirements or to protect legitimate interests.
9. Minors
TheCompany does not knowingly collect personal information about Minors who have not yet
reached sixteen years of age, without obtaining the consent of their parents or their legal
guardians. If youbecome aware of a case in which a person under the age of sixteen provided the
company with personal information without appropriate authorization, we ask you to notify us
as soon as possible through the means of communication set forth in the section 11 hereafter,
and we will act to delete said information in accordance with the instructions of the law.
10. Rights of data subjects
10.1. In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, any person may review the
personal information that the company processes about him, either personally or through
his attorney. The Company will honor requests for review as long as there is no legal reason
to reject them.
10.2. The review arrangements will be determined by the Company from time to time in
accordance with the law, including the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for
Review of Information and Procedures for Appealing a Refusal of a Review Request),
5741-1981.
10.3. Any person who reviews the personal information that the Company processes about him
and finds that it is not correct, complete, clear or up-to-date is entitled to contact the
Company with a request to correct the information or delete it. The Company will honor
requests for correction and deletion as long as there is no legal reason to reject them.
10.4. Requests to review, correct, or delete information must be made in writing to one of the
contact methods set forth hereafter. Requests will be answered as soon as reasonably
possible and no later than thirty days from receipt of the request.
10.5. A person whose request for review, correction or deletion has been denied may appeal this
to the Magistrate’s Court in the manner prescribed in the aforementioned regulations.
